Role
This role sits at the intersection of Customer Success, Sales, and Solutions. You will own the post-sales experience at Realm driving adoption, usage, and expansion over time. In addition to post-sales, you’ll contribute to anything that helps us grow faster.
What you’ll do
- Own the post-sales experience. Run onboarding sessions, workshops, and hands-on support to drive adoption and expansion. You’ll grow accounts over time, turning initial deals into significantly larger ones through strong adoption and clear ROI.
- Run deals end-to-end and contribute directly to revenue.
- Become a product expert and a trusted advisor. Build relationships with both technical and business stakeholders while driving adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Champion the customer internally. Partner closely with Product and Engineering to turn feedback and usage patterns into product improvements. Work with the team to build what’s needed, from better documentation to self-serve onboarding and in-app guidance.
- Identify what’s manual today that should be automated or productized.
- Work with the team on GTM. Help refine our ideal customer profile, pricing, messaging, and sales motion based on what you see in the field.
- Jump in wherever it creates the most impact, whether sharing feedback on sales proposals, shaping marketing copy, or organizing offsites.
